Introduction
Within the document the words “Ablit” or “We” are revering to a person and a personal project. “We” are not a company. The generic “We” is used for better readability.
Ablit is currently a website that displays a service in development. This declaration pertains only to the website and not the specific service being developed. Specific users contacted for an alpha account must agree to a separate declaration.
We collect email addresses for a newsletter to inform about future services and server logs for the purpose of running the website.

Data Storage and Security
At Ablit, we are committed to safeguarding your personal information and have implemented measures to ensure its security:
- Email Addresses: Stored by our backend hosted by Supabase. We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement with Supabase to ensure that they process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. These email addresses are kept for the period of the project to facilitate our newsletter service. If the project does become a company the email addresses will be transferred.
- Server Logs: Collected and stored by Cloudflare, our hosting provider. We have also entered into a Data Processing Agreement with Cloudflare to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements. As of the last update to this declaration, Cloudflare’s data retention policy for server logs may vary, and we recommend referring to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for the most accurate information on how long server logs are retained.
Both our backend and hosting providers employ robust security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your data.
